As a newcomer to Pilates I was in the dark as to what Pilates could offer. Newly returning to exercise after my second baby and also suffering the effects of a nasty ankle sprain and a broken toe, along with the wear and strain from having two small kids, I was keen to build up my strength the proper way. 


Pam's approach in our one to one sessions was precise, thorough and nurturing. She provided me with clear and achievable instructions whilst also challenging me  - all with a humour that kept me engaged, encouraged and striving to work harder!


The results have been so fundamental to my returning fitness. I have a core strength that I had never achieved before and I move with a confidence and body awareness that crucially supports my daily life and on going fitness goals.
